BMR Product Roadmap
Delivered
Web-based Studio environment for design management with dedicated modes (View, Structurals, Equipment, Cables). Available on Web, iPhone, and iPad.
All designs versioned in BMR Studio with a clear Active Design as the authoritative room record.
Versions created automatically on save or mode change. Review, rename, activate, or delete from the Versions tab, plus Save as New Design.
Real-time 3D placement with structured outputs linked to the Active Design. Create designs directly from AR.
Guided multi-position acoustic measurement with room confirmation, spatially anchored speaker and measurement positions, ambient noise chart with acceptability zones, Xi20/Xi30 metrics, and a full offline flow.
Relocalizes against the original scan when adding a marker, AR design, or acoustic measurement — anchoring captures to the correct spatial position and pinpointing speaker and measurement points.
Users who sign up without an invitation are guided through creating their first Organisation, Location, and Room, on both Web and BMR Mobile.
Room orientation captured during scan and visualised in BMR Studio.
Persistent notes on all elements — organisations, locations, rooms, scans, markers, acoustics, and designs. Available on Web and App.
Organisation admins can define recommended equipment setups for a room size range. Matching recommendations surface in BMR Studio's Guidelines panel, with a one-click Place in room action.
Next (3–6 Months)
First version of a room evaluation engine that uses metrics to score how the technology is placed in a room and the experience it will deliver. Beta release with basic functionality.
Improved noise floor handling, smarter material recommendations, and higher measurement consistency.
BMR Studio modes (View, Structurals, Equipment, Cables) are already available in the current version. Going forward, each mode will be refined significantly — clearer guidance, sharper tools, and tighter workflows per mode.
Improved Active Design validation, version handling, and design-to-deployment workflows.
Currently available as a Beta release for testing. The released version will bring stable two-way sync between BMR and Webex Control Hub for locations and rooms.
Listen to simulated room acoustics to validate design decisions before deployment.
Enhanced recognition accuracy and reduced manual corrections during capture.
6–12 Months
Released version of the room evaluation engine, expanding on the Beta with a broader metric set, refined scoring, and full integration into the design and deployment workflows.
Smart workflow transitions and automated progression across room phases.
Deeper automation from Discovery through Deployment and into Maintenance operations.
Expanded monitoring, room health insights, and maintenance workflows at scale.
